4th of July

The project came from a Stampin Up Idea used for Valentine's Suckers. I changed it up to use for the 4th of July.
The suckers were purchased from Oriental Trading. The are red, white, and blue and shaped like stars.
The paper was purchased from Hobby Lobby. I didn't have any 4th of July stamps small enough to use so I printed it from the computer and then used a Stampin Up paper punch to get the shape.
Rylan and Trace are taking these to their friends at Playcation this upcoming week.

Box of Thank You Cards

I made this box and filled it with handmade thank you cards. The box was made using the "Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More" Cricut Cartridge. It is the Crayon Box cut on a 12x12 piece of paper using the fit to page feature.
The paper is tempting turqouise by Stampin Up. The stamps used are also from Stampin Up the set is titled "Time Well Spent".
The ribbon is the offray brand and called Retro Stripe Blue/Green.

Note Cards

I made a stack of thank you cards yesterday.  The stamp is made by Stampendous.  The monkey is called the Changito Monkey.  After discovering there were many stamps with this same monkey I had to create my own wish list!  In case you haven't noticed yet I love monkeys.  The theme in my classroom is monkeys.  I made these note cards to keep in my desk at school.  The colored paper on each note card was embossed with Spots and Dots by Cuttlebug.  I then water colored the image.  As you can see I used the corner punch again the white section containing the monkey.

Birthday

This is just a quick birthday card I made.  The blue is punch using a Martha Stewart punch from Wal-Mart.  I don't know the name of it but I just picked it up a few weeks ago.  The "birthday wishes" was stamped with the stampin up stamp pad bashful blue and from the stamp set "Wow Flowers" also from Stampin Up.  On the inside I just put a piece of white card stock.  I love the corner punch, I think I used it on just about everything I have made lately.  The stamp on the inside is also done in bashful blue and from "Wow Flowers".

Hello Kitty

This was one of the first cards I ever made.  I was using the "Hello Kitty" Cricut Cartridge.  There are step by step directions in the booklet that comes with this cartridge.  My niece really likes Hello Kitty so I thought it was a perfect card for her.

Father's Day Cards

I saw this card on Karen's Fun Blog and thought it was really cute.  I changed a few things and added to it.  I used the "Sports Mania" and "Life is a Beach" Cricut Cartridges.  The Happy Father's Day stamp in all the pictures I picked on one of my many trips to Hobby Lobby.
The blue was embossed with D'Vine Swirls Cuttlebug embossing folder.  I used the "Sports Mania" Cricut Cartridge to make the golf ball and the golf tee.  I used white Stickles to make the dimples on the golf ball.
To make the golf bag I again used the "Sports Mania' Cricut Cartridge.  I used silver and gold stickles to make the outlines on the golf bag and the golf clubs.

Graduation Card

The silver was embossed with the D'Vine Swirls embossing folder by Cuttlebug.  The Graduation hat came from the "Locker Talk" Cricut Cartridge.  The inside stamp is one I picked up on a recent trip to Hobby Lobby.  I can't take credit for the design, it came from Robyn over on My Pink Stamper.

Workshop Tags

This is one of 5 tags I plan to put on my workshop baskets for the upcoming school year.  The monkey and the banana were made with the "Create a Critter" Cricut Cartridge.  The tag is from "Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More".  The number is from "Don Juan".

Summer Bags

These bags were made for the end of the year.  The Fun in the Sun and the Beach Ball are from an old stamp set I think it is called "Fun in the Sun".  The Fun in the Sun was stamped with the Stampin up stamp pad So Saffron and the beach ball was done in Tempting Turquoise.  On the the beach ball I just used water color pencils to color in the white areas.  The umbrella, the beach chair and the wave come from the "Life is a Beach" Cricut Cartridge.  The bag is just a basic white lunch bag.  I did cut part of it off.  I made the handle with the Stampin Up wide oval punch.

The boys helped me fill the bags.  They put in a small frisbee, bubbles, a beach ball, and some sidewalk chalk.

Easter Bags

I made these bags for Easter.  I know the picture on the right is not the greatest but you get the idea.  The picture on the left was made with the Top Note Die Cut, Perfect Polka Dots Texture Plate,  and A Good Egg Stamp Set.  I took the top note and placed it on the bag.  Inside the bag I put some paper grass,  a few chocolate eggs and a bunny cookie made by A Piece of Cake in Martinez, Ga.

Rylan and Trace gave these to their classmates at First Baptist Church of Augusta
